John, VEC-1 fuse is powered by a common bus on the printed circuit board, along with other fuses. VEC-1 fuse is directly connected to the gray plug to the left of fuse (circuit breaker in your case) and then goes directly to the battery terminal of the ignition switch. The gray plug connector has 6 places for wires and all spots may not be used. The fuse panel inside usually houses the smaller fuses for things like the brake lights, clock and radio. There will be a diagram of which fuse goes to what on the underside of the cover or in your owner’s manual. Find the fuse for the component you are having problems with and pull it out.
